It’s a Fun Fact Friday at Nana’s Place. People will only go as far as you let them. If you let them know you are not going to deal with their drama early, they will know where you stand and won’t demonstrate drama’listic behavior in your presence. It’s called setting the standard. That works in any situation and relationships ie work, friendship, your children, family, etc.

It’s a thinking Thursday at Nana’s Place. Ever wonder how a person becomes the victim in every story they tell. It is the flaw in their mind that allows them to convince themselves they are not the cause of their own circumstances. The next step is to attempt to convince others that they are the victim. Please note: You cannot be the victim in EVERY story.

It’s a Wonderful Wednesday at Nana’s Place. It is not how much money you make or the job title you hold that makes you a better person. What makes you better is how you act, the way you treat other, the way you carry yourself and how you respond to adversity. Humility is your best start at bettering yourself.

It’s a Marvelous Monday at Nana’s Place. I hope you had a great Mother’s Day weekend. If you were not showered with presents and monetary gifts, don’t be disappointed. You did not go into motherhood for sakes of gifts. Your gift is that child. Rejoice and be glad in it.
